Traveler Demand Figures for Breckenridge vacation rentals
Rentalo´s analysis shows 60.2 percent of the travelers inquiring for Breckenridge accommodations showed an interest in comparing offers from other accommodation types like hotels and bed and breakfasts in Breckenridge.
In accordance with early vacation planning in a premiere and demanded vacation spot, 45.3 percent of those looking for Breckenridge accommodations sent inquiries three or more months in advance of their stay. Interesting to notice is that 51,6% of the travelers inquiring on Breckenridge cabins rentals also showed interest in finding accommodations in nearby destinations and vicinities in Colorado like Silverthorne, Keystone and Copper Mountain. This certainly indicates travelers demonstrate interest in the region as a whole and are willing to evaluate final destinations upon comparing them.

As far as early vacation planning, 40.3 percent of those looking for Vail accommodations sent inquiries three or more months in advance of their stay. Approximately 24 percent of travelers inquiring in this destination were looking for lodgings one to two months in advance, while 31.9 percent of vacationers were placing inquiries within 30 days prior to the arrival date. Once again, travelers prove they take advantage of the comparison shopping and the reverse offer functionality Rentalo provides to find last-minute accommodations in Vail.

When it comes to early vacation planning, 37.9 percent of those looking for Keystone accommodations sent inquiries three or more months in advance of their stay. Rentalo´s data also shows 23.8 percent of travelers inquiring in this destination were looking for lodgings one to two months in advance, while 33.6 percent of vacationers were placing inquiries within 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Keystone is also a destination for family and group traveling. Around 40 percent of inquiries were for four or more people looking for a group accommodation. On the other hand, 43 percent of the inquiries were families with children and 23 percent of the interested travelers were couples.
