It is for individuals, websites and organizations that offer any type of services to vacation rental property owners, property management companies, hotel/motel managers, and/or innkeepers.

How Our Refer-An-Owner Program Works

Rentalo offers various subscription options to property owners and managers. You can leverage Rentalo's success in E-Commerce by promoting our subscription plans to property owners & managers.

Your role in this program is to refer property owners to Rentalo.com. You can use your existing website or email campaigns for the publicity. Simply add a banner or a link to Rentalo's pages. Also, you can submit for our review any other suggestions or marketing tools you would like to use to promote Rentalo.com to property owners and/or managers.   

Tools

The first step for you is to  request a referrer tracking code and URL.

Then, each time a referral registers and pays for one or more subscriptions in our system using your assigned tracking code or URL, Rentalo.com will credit the 10% of the total transaction charges to our referral's account.

This will apply to all transactions paid by referrals during the first 6 months of subscription. Subscriptions paid after the first 6 months will not be credited to referrer account.

Commission reports will be emailed to referrer every time, and commission checks sent every month, on the 15th of every month. Commission of less than $25 will be accumulated until the amount exceeds $25.
