How does Rentalo rank your Premium listing in the destination pages?

Below are the editorial points that are assigned to Premium Listings.  Ranking is based on the number of points assigned to each listing, from high to low (Last update: April 17, 2011).

Description Points: (up to 15 points)
- More than 0 and less than 500 characters: 3 points
- More than 500 and less than 1000 characters: 7 points
- More than 1000 and less than 1500 characters: 10 points
- More than 1500 characters: 15 points

Availability Calendar Points: (up to 15 points)
- Updated Less than 30 days ago: 15 points
- Updated Betwen 30 and 90 days ago: 10 points
- Updated Betwen 90 and 180 days ago: 5 points

Photo Points: (up to 15 points)
- More than 0 and less than 9 pictures: 3 points
- More than 9 and less than 12 pictures: 7 points
- More than 12 and less than 15 pictures: 10 points
- More than 15 pictures: 15 points

Prices Points: (up to 19 points)
- 1 price defined: 5 points
- More than 1 and less than 4 prices defined: 10 points
- More than 4: 15 points
Note: One seasonal rates qualify for editorial points.

- Listing has pictures with title: 4 points

Map Points:
- Listing has address with Map: 4 points

Video Points:
- Listing has video link: 4 points

Review Points:
- Listing has one or more reviews: 4 points

Amenities Points:
- Listing has 100 characters of text: 4 points

Things to do and Attractions points:
- Listing has 100 characters of text: 4 points

Payment Methods points:
- Has Payment Methods defined: 4 points

Contact Info points:
- Has Name and valid phone defined: 4 points

Special Offers:
One or more active offers: 4 points

Auto Offers:
Featured enabled: 4 points
