ELIGIBILITY : This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the U.S., including the District of Columbia (“United States”), who are 18 years of age and older. Employees of Rentalo.com, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies and their immediate families (spouse, and parents, children and siblings, and each of their respective spouses regardless of residence) and household members of each, whether related or not, are ineligible. Void where prohibited.
 

1. HOW TO ENTER : Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on September 1, 2006, and ends at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on October 31, 2006 (the “Entry Period”). To enter, click here and register the traveler profile. Entrants will be required to provide name, address, city, state, zip code, day, evening telephone numbers and complete several other survey questions as a condition of entry.
   
   Limit one entry per person per household/e-mail address throughout the duration of the Sweepstakes. Entries may be subject to verification prior to prize drawing. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
    
2. PRIZE : (1) Prize: Amazon.com® Gift Certificate(s) for $100 USD Retail Value.
    
3. ODDS : The estimated odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
    
4. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS/CONDITIONS : Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prize permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. Federal, state and local taxes, if any, and any other costs or expenses related to acceptance and use of the prize not specified, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
    
5. DRAWING : Prize will be awarded in a random drawing conducted on or about November 3, 2006, by Rentalo Executives, from among all eligible entries received.
    
6. NOTIFICATION OF WINNER/AWARDING OF PRIZE : The winner will be notified by e-mail and/or a traceable form of delivery. If not timely returned or if prize notification or e-mail is returned as undeliverable, prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If winner is not of age of majority in state of residence as of September 1, 2006, prize may be awarded in name of parent or legal guardian, who will be required to sign and return a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Consent Release prior to the release of prize.
    
7. ADDITIONAL TERMS : By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to (a) abide by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and Rentalo.com, which shall be final, and (b) release, discharge and hold harmless Rentalo.com, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies from and against any/all claims and losses, resulting from the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize and/or participation in the Sweepstakes. By accepting the prize, winner agrees and consents, where legal, to the use of his/her name and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotions, and other publicity purposes in all media and on the Internet conducted by Rentalo.com, and upon request, will provide such consent in writing. Rentalo.com reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY : Rentalo.com is not responsible for any late, lost, illegible, incomplete or misdirected entries, or responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access of the Web site; any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer(s) related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes, or downloading materials from or use of the Web site. If, for any reason the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Rentalo and its associated companies which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsors, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes or the drawing and may conduct drawing and select a winner from among all eligible entries received for the drawing prior to the action taken.
